These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all clients receiving body sculpting treatments provided by Zen and Glow (“the Provider”). By booking or receiving treatment, the client (“you”) agrees to the following:
1. Eligibility for Treatment
You must be 18 years or older to receive body sculpting services.
You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent procedures to the Provider.
Treatments are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions (including but not limited to: cardiac issues, cancer, implanted medical devices, uncontrolled diabetes, active infections, or blood clotting disorders).
The Provider reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
2. Treatment Expectations
Body sculpting treatments are non-surgical, non-invasive cosmetic procedures intended for aesthetic enhancement only.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
You understand that body sculpting is not a weight-loss solution and is most effective when combined with a healthy lifestyle.
3. Risks and Side Effects
Possible temporary side effects include, but are not limited to:
Redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness
Numbness or tingling
Increased urination or thirst
Temporary discomfort or sensitivity
You acknowledge understanding these risks and agree that the Provider is not liable for adverse reactions, except in cases of proven negligence.
4. Pre- and Post-Care Requirements
You agree to follow all instructions before and after treatment, including:
Drinking sufficient water
Avoiding alcohol, caffeine, or heavy meals before treatment
Maintaining a healthy diet and activity level
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results.
5. Payment & Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is due at the time of booking, the remainder is due on 1st appointment unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time, appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled once only; late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees if no c9ntact is made.
Promotional prices and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Liability Waiver
You agree that:
All treatment information has been explained to you thoroughly.
You accept full responsibility for your decision to undergo treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the treatment unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Photography & Confidentiality
Before and after photos and measurements will be taken for personal treatment monitoring.
Photos (only showing face if treatment is a facial)will not be used for marketing without your written consent.
All personal information is protected and kept confidential in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, no refunds are issued for completed services or lack of desired results.
Products and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased.
9. Appointment Timeliness
Please arrive on time, there is a 10 minute grace period with every appointment, Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling at the Provider’s discretion.
10. Agreement
By booking or receiving a treatment, you acknowledge that you:
Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
Have received proper consultation
Consent voluntarily to treatment
A paper consultation will also be completed on the day of treatment.
